HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your order on our "Track My Order" page.
If you already have your tracking number, please visit the "Track My Order" section, accessible from the home page or main menu, and enter your tracking number. Should you require further assistance, our customer support team is always ready to help.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it is only sometimes possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can correct your package before it is shipped.
There is no guarantee that we will make it, especially when it leaves our warehouse, but we do everything we can!

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
The processing time for your order is 1-3 days, depending on current volume.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Our warehouse processes and ships all orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Once you have placed your order, it takes 1-3 days to prepare it and order transit is 7-14 business days.
WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IN A PARCEL?
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive multiple packages that may arrive 1-2 business days apart.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?
Often tracking numbers only work for domestic orders. If your tracking number is not working, please let us know so we can make sure your items have been shipped correctly.
I INPUTED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?
So if you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can try to locate your package before it is shipped.
There is no guarantee that we can change the address, especially if the package leaves our warehouse, but we will do everything we can!

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?
We advise you to check the size guide on the product page. You can find this by clicking on "size guide" which is located right below the size selector. By doing so, you will find the perfect size for you.
MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, follow these steps:
Verify the Delivery Address: Ensure the delivery address was entered correctly when you placed the order. Packages are sometimes delivered to a neighbor, front desk, or another location on your property.
Check for Delivery Notes: Look for any notes left by the carrier. Carriers might leave packages in secure locations or with a receptionist if you were not available to receive them.
Contact the Carrier: Get in touch with the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Provide your tracking number and explain the situation. They may offer more details about the delivery or start an investigation.
Reach Out to Customer Support: If you still cannot find your package, contact our customer support team with your order details and tracking information. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order promptly.
File a Claim: If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, you might need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Our customer support team can help you with this process and provide any necessary documentation.

Order Issues
OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDER ITEMS
If any of your items are out of stock, we will let you know by email when we expect to be able to ship the items. If the items are not expected to be back in stock within two weeks, we will automatically refund the purchase price for these items.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We apologize that your shipment did not arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.
WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING OR DAMAGED FROM MY ORDER?
If an item you have purchased is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
WHAT CONDITION MUST THE PRODUCTS BE IN TO BE RETURNED?
All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (in the original packaging and unused).

Who pays the shipping costs?
For defective products, we will cover these costs for you. However, for all other returns (including complaints), you must pay the actual return shipping costs.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once you’ve returned your items to us, you should receive your refund within 10 working days after the items have reached our warehouse. You can track the progress of your return using the provided tracking number from your chosen carrier, which will indicate when the package arrives at our warehouse.
The 10-working-day processing period begins once the package is received. You will be notified once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take up to 3 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at info@.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order. This e-mail contains the order number (consisting of minimum 6 digits), order summary and the shipping address.
Sometimes, order confirmation emails may be filtered into your spam or junk folder by mistake. Take a moment to check these folders in your email account to see if the confirmation email is there.
If you've checked your spam folder, waited for some time, and verified your email address but still haven't received an order confirmation, reach out to our customer support team. Provide them with your order details, including your full name and order number, and they'll assist you in verifying your order status and resend the confirmation email if necessary.
